This shop comprises all Whitehead RFC Players Leisurewear. These products will be available to purchase during an order 'open window' only. The first opening date will commence on 2nd October 2025 and close on 7th November 2025.  

The expected delivery date for the BESPOKE product range will be week commencing 15th December 2025.

The expected delivery date for STOCK products will be week commencing 24th November 2025.

Delivery

Club Shop Orders - Stock Products

Once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated, packed, and sent out via our track and trace service within 15 working days, subject to availability.

Each item is embroidered/printed to order, we do not hold already made stock, therefore once the items have been embroidered with a club badge, initials, or a name they are non-returnable (please see our returns section here for full details).

Items are despatched from the UK to your chosen destination and shipping times are 10-12 working days. 

Club Shop Orders - Pre-order Products

Pre-order Bespoke garments are only available to purchase within the order windows specified on your club's homepage. After the order window has closed, all orders will be collated and sent to our factory, where they will be custom made on a 7-9 week lead-time (Subject to MOQs being met). Once made, these orders will be delivered to the address selected at checkout.

If your order contains both pre-order and stock items your order will not be despatched until the pre-order element has arrived. Your items will then be collated and delivered together at this time.

Bespoke Teamwear Orders

Bespoke Ordering Leadtime’s are 7-9 weeks. All Manufacturing lead times commence once the club have signed the consolidated order and approved for your order to go into production and the deposit has been received.

Returns

Products that feature your club logo, or personalisation (names/numbers/initials) are decorated to order, rendering them non-returnable and cannot be refunded except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods. In exceptional circumstances, some products can be exchanged due to sizing issues. However, exchanged sizes are not guaranteed until the following collection date and any exchanged garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact.

*Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to us within 7 days of the collection day from the Club. The goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, including all attached labels and swing tags, and the cost of any subsequent loss, damage or reduction in value of the goods thereafter will be borne by the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

The standard warranty for garments manufactured by Vaquita is six months.
